I visited Chapel Dentist due to a toothache and was treated by Dr Bianca Tuna. She was incredibly reassuring and explained all my treatment options clearly and professionally. Once we decided on the best course of action, she was able to begin treatment straight away.The care I received was excellent — great communication, great treatment, and a very calming approach throughout the whole visit. I would happily return and highly recommend Chapel Dentist and Dr Tuna… although hopefully not anytime soon with another toothache! 😄

I had root canal with Petro and he has done an amazing job. Other dentists have been unable to successfully complete a root canal but Petro is a specialist in his field. Very professional and attentive as is his dental assistant they are a wonderful teamI am very satisfied and impressed with their professionalism

The team at chapel dental are amazing!I have been with chapel dental for over 5 years now and have never had any issues at all. Last week our 18month old chipped a tooth and within 30mins of my call she was being seen by the nicest dentist who managed to look and treat her and the ladies on reception sorting an appointment bso quickly was fantastic. Thank you all so much for your amazing service!!

A genuinely reassuring dental experience. The dentist’s experience was clear from the start confident, precise, refreshingly gentle. Everything was explained calmly which helped put me at ease.The treatment was thorough but comfortable, and my teeth and gums were treated with care rather than intimidation. For once, a dental appointment that felt professional, efficient, and surprisingly stress-free. Thanks to the whole dental care team!!Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates expert hands and a dentist who knows exactly what they’re doing.

Have been coming to this dentists for many, many years. Usually just regular checkups. Last week had to attend for my teenager to have a tooth extraction and they were very nervous indeed. The dentist and nurse were absolutely incredible at supporting them through this and I feel incredibly grateful to have this fantastic dental surgery looking out for my family's dental health when I know so many in the country struggle to even get seen by a dentist.

I promised I would write a review sometime ago; sorry for the delay, Alphonso! He completed the fitting of an implant earlier this year and the result is terrific. Alphonso took such care - yes, it's a long process, but each step was meticulously explained and performed. He also fitted me with a new plate which was, surprisingly (to me, at least), rather a complex process. Again, performed with kindness and patience and I continue to be very happy with the result.Claire is retiring! I'm sorry because, although I wasn't her patient for very long, she's been fantastic. Gentle, unflappable, smiley, kind and with a great love of animals. I shall miss her.Chapel Dental is a lovely building in a great location with lots of parking. The reception area is bright, and reception staff never less than helpful and wise and the beautiful chairs are made by Claire's husband! (I hope she doesn't take them when she retires at the end of November.)

As an experienced Veteran of hand-to-hand combat, allowing people to insert pointed sharp metal objects into my head is not an ideal hobby. Today, Cyrus replaced a back tooth filling which was completed free of experienced discomfort. Good man! Subsequently, a Denplan application is being processed. Many thanks.

I had a broken tooth which happened suddenly a few days ago. I was booked in really quickly and saw Pietro . He was very professional and calm and did an excellent job repairing my tooth with a filling. The dental nurse was very efficient and professional also and checked several times to make sure I was comfortable ( I opted to have no anaesthetic)

The staff at Chapel Dental are amazing, so patient, and incredibly helpful. I had a check up with Pietro after having all my wisdom teeth out and he took the time to listen and answer any questions I had.He had helped get me referred for them to be removed and helped with the countless infections I had while waiting. He is the best!

I have just finished treatment for a dental implant with Afonso. I am delighted with the result. I can definitely say that the whole process was without pain. Everything was explained to me very carefully by Afonso and he was excellent, not only with the practical side of the treatment, but also with the human side, making sure that I was comfortable at all stages and helping me feel less anxious.

I honestly can’t recommend or speak highly enough of Afonso. I got an implant done with him and he was absolutely brilliant. Not only is his work 10/10, I was worried about the procedure but the whole thing Afonso made me comfortable and it was completely pain free. Not only that, he’s such a genuine nice guy too. My partner rang the practice today to notify your staff , that our 6 year old child has woken with a really snotty nose and a cough.We asked if we should still bring her to the appointment , the response to the question was to notify us that we now have a bad mark against our child and if it happens again we will be struck off from the practice. We gave as much notice as physically possible and rang first thing in the morning but they need 48hrs notice (which was impossible considering she woke up with the symptoms on the day of the appointment) We were only being considerate to your employees and customers.I only Wish the same consideration was shown towards my child.The issue has since been rectified, which I am very thankful for … however I believe the 48hr cancellation notice policy should not apply to children.

Have been attending for many years and always been provided with a good service from the different dentists I have seen. Reception staff are so friendly and helpful. Most recently I had 2 wisdom teeth extracted on 2 separate visits by Zsuzanna Kortvelyesi. A skilled practitioner - didn't feel a thing, during the procedure and after. She is also an excellent communicator. Gentle, patient, listens to you and explains everything so clearly.

This is the Best dentists I have ever had. talk about take pride in the work and care for the customers. Neelam did my treatment she was so kind and caring I had 2 fillings and a crown fitted and I am very pleased with the outcome. Superb value for money. I’m an NHS patient at Chapel but I recently had some private treatment for something cosmetic. I am very pleased with the result and could have easily paid a lot more for the same outcome elsewhere. The only reason why not 5 stars is that I felt like the treatment could have been explained to me more thoroughly. I had to ask lots of questions during the consultation. As such, I felt a bit nervous going into my procedure when I had no reason to be.
